Rosso Cadere

Rosso Cadere is a small town in an unidentified country that has recently been hit by a hurricane. Ryker arrives in Rosso a year after Leon's death, in search of answers as to what the book Leon gave them is, who Basilio Dante is, and Leon's connection to the Basilica.
